Overview
These Terms of Service apply to purchases from Dark Luvly Budgets and use of our online store. Please review these terms and our store policies before placing an order.

Product Selection and Order Information
Please review the product description, selected options, quantities, personalization details, and delivery information before completing your purchase.
Provide accurate contact and shipping information so we can communicate with you and fulfill your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us with your order number and the correction needed.
Made-to-Order Processing
All products are made to order.
Processing turnaround is 14 business days for all orders, including custom and non-custom items. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
Shipping transit time is separate from processing time. Please consider both processing and transit time when placing an order.
Prices, Payment, and Shipping Charges
Product prices are displayed in the store. Review the final order total, including any applicable shipping charges and taxes, before submitting payment.
Available payment methods and shipping options are displayed at checkout.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Our Shipping Policy explains processing time, shipping charges, and transit time. Shipping transit time does not reduce or replace the 14-business-day processing period.
Order Cancellations
For custom and non-custom orders, you may request cancellation within 48 hours after placing your order. Email Wikdbeautifularts@gmail.com with your order number. We review cancellation requests; submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We will notify you of the outcome. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable law.
Non-Custom Returns and Refunds
Return requests for eligible non-custom items must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are considered only after the returned items have been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Deadline
For eligible non-custom items, you must request a return within 14 days after delivery.
After your return request is approved and return instructions are provided, you have 7 calendar days to drop off the return at the post office and email the tracking number to Wikdbeautifularts@gmail.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are considered only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Custom and Personalized Items
Custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds.
Customers may report damaged, defective, or incorrect items by emailing Wikdbeautifularts@gmail.com with their order number and photographs showing the issue.
Confirmed qualifying issues are eligible for replacement, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.

Nothing in these terms or our store policies excludes, restricts, or overrides rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
