Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure your custom-made items are processed and delivered in a timely manner. Please read our Shipping Policy for all the details regarding our shipping procedures.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time for Custom Orders: All custom-made items require processing time to create the design and craft your order. Typically, orders are processed within 5-10 business days from the date of payment confirmation. The processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the design or order volume.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This will include details of your custom order. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Options & Costs

  • Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days Delivery Time
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-4 Business Days Delivery Time
    • International Shipping: At this time, Dark Luvly Budgets does not ship internationally
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, the size of the package, and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $50 for domestic orders. Free shipping does not apply to international orders unless specified.

3. Shipping Addresses

  • Accuracy of Shipping Address: Please ensure the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at eyezofanangel777@hotmail.com or Send a Message through our chat feature. Changes can only be made before the order has been processed.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. The estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout, but it is important to note that shipping times are not guaranteed.
    • Domestic Orders: 2-5 Business Days  
  • Delivery times are calculated based on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow additional time during peak seasons or due to carrier delays including inclement weather.

5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package.
  • You can also check the status of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website or by contacting our customer service team.

6. International Shipping

  • We do NOT ship internationally at this moment.

7. Shipping Delays

  • Carrier Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and subject to change due to external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays.
  • What to Do if Your Package Is Delayed: If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If the issue persists, contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
  • Please note once package is out for shipping and received by carrier it is out of our hands and liability is placed on the carrier. The only option we have in assisting is helping in contacting Carrier if Tracking has not shown delivered on carrier page.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at eyezofanangel777@hotmail.com and we will attempt to assist you in locating your package.
  • Damaged Packages: In the event your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You may be required to provide photos of the damage for investigation. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or offering a refund based on the situation.

9. Returns & Exchanges

As all custom-made items are final sale, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please see our Non-Return Policy for more details.

  • We offer a return window between 14 to 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery for non custom made items. The item must be returned in unused, unopened, and undamaged condition.
